		<abstract>Remote sensing is a science that aims to study the distance, the behavior of electromagnetic energy in different objects. The study of the interaction of electromagnetic radiation in different targets of interest is important for the identification and classification of various crops. Another important factor is that this study may also help to calibrate remote sensing data and improve them. There are different physical and biological mechanisms in the leaves that influence their reflectance. Thus depending upon the physical circumstances, chemical and biological, which is measured reflectance of the sheet can get different results. The work aimed to obtain reflectance factor curves from different parts of the sugarcane leaf, among the bands of the visible, near infrared and mid-infrared. Like, do a study and evaluation of their spectral behavior based on information present in literature. To achieve these goals we used a espectoradiômetro laboratory (classroom) and sugarcane leaves collected in the field of the Faculty of Agricultural Engineering - Feagri, at Unicamp. Three types of sugar cane leaves were used at different stages of development, such as: sound sheet, sick sheet (senescent) and dry leaf. Also complementing this work, from the sound sheet were measured and evaluated the two sides of the same, that is, front and your back. Thus after processing the data measured and it was found that the spectral signature of sugarcane leaf, showed considerable variations depending on the location of the sheet on which was applied espectoradiômetro.</abstract>
